The Challenge
In the old system operators didn't use all features and didn't enjoy all of it’s capabilities. It was hard for them to understand how to manage and create content and how to use the system - it wasn't easy and welcoming.
We started with wireframing, trying to play with as many different layouts and ideas as possible, We knew we were designing a white label system, so we paid a close attention to hierarchy from the very beginning.
